HAMPTON CHUTNEY CO.

On today's menu; a Classic Masala Dosa, and was it delicious! From the filling which was spicy Indian potatoes, to the chutney ( as seen in the upper left corner ) was delicious. Even the crepe was perfection! This place is completely Vegetarian and vegan friendly. It may look like an enormous portion ( which was my initial reaction ) but it wasn't a problem to finish, and if it is bring a friend!

SHANGHAI CAFE

Haven't posted in a while. Had a few exams blah blah. But I never stop eating! Went to this little dim sum spot off of Canal Street and it was cheap and delish! I had soup dumplings, and the house seaweed. 

SUSHI

I haven't put up any dinner posts! Well there's a first for everything, and what better than sushi! This little Hartsdale restaurant only prepares fresh, in season sushi, so sorry if you wanted chicken. 

AMERICAN FLATBREAD

 I found this upper Tribeca restaurant through a food blog and of course I had to go. The restaurant is very open and quite large but very casual. I ordered the Medicine Wheel Flatbread. Their flatbreads are all hand crafted in front of you, and cooked by brick oven. Soo good! The personal size is 10 inches, so bring your appetite.

TAÏM

So plan A failed, my original plan was to go to Cocoron Natto for lunch, but they don't open until 3. Womp. However not far from there I stumbled upon this little falafel shop. I ordered a traditional falafel sandwich and a ginger mint lemonade. What a happy accident!

GOOD MORNING

Having a quick bite before the day begins. I'm having plain yogurt sweetened by brown sugar, with fresh banana slices, graham cracker crumb, and a honey drizzle. See you at lunch!

DOMO TACO

          

As the title may have given it away, I had Domo Taco today. One of the many food trucks in NYC. This truck specializes in oriental tacos, and happiness ☺. Follow them on Twitter to find put where they are @DomoTaco .

RISOTTO

Lunch, lunch ! My favorite meal of the day. What's on the menu? Mozzarella, toasted portobello & truffle oil risotto of course! This little hidden gem on Bleeker Street had been on my radar for a while and I finally made my way here. And may I say it was worth it. 

BREAKY

Gooood morning! This morning my power meal consists of Honeynut Cheerios in almond milk and honey drizzle on top, a cliff bar for protein, a fresh apple to keep the doctor away, and earl grey tea. Going to have a busy day. Ciao until lunch !

THE FIRST OF MANY

Takahachi Bakery  (25 Murray St, New York, NY 10007) 

Its a fact we all know. Food is kinda essential to live. Why not make it worth your while? This little cafe called Takahachi Bakery in Tribeca is so cute and has some delish food from pasteries to sandwiches. I had the Blackened Tuna Salad with Sushi on the side. Guys, its possible for food to taste good and be good for you too.
